Thessaloniki, Friday 13.5.2022: Presentation on the “Determination of full compensation from compulsory acquisition and the effects of the ECtHR jurisprudence” during an educational webinar for Civil – Criminal judges in the series, organised by the National School of Judges, under the topic “Compulsory acquisition – 20 years since the adoption of the Code of Compulsory Acquisition of Immovables in light of the case law of the ECtHR”.
